A useful report answers the customer's basic questions without making them decode field shorthand. It identifies the property and visit, records the values and work actually logged, and makes any follow-up easy to spot.
Keep the report limited to that visit. Empty sections can be removed, and every value, unit, name, and timestamp should be reviewed before the customer copy is sent.
